This week it's the turn of our small but mighty 3rd year rep, Remya.

The 10th of October is recognised by the World Health Organisation as World Mental Health Day. Occurring annually since 1992, its aims were promoting mental health advocacy and educating the public on relevant issues. The theme for this year, set by the World Federation for Mental health, is "mental health for all".

This year has been particularly tough for us all as a collective and its important to be kind to ourselves and others. And so, BSMS PsychSoc and BSMS TWT Wellbeing have teamed up to suggest some tips for looking after your mental health and wellbeing. We challenge you to do atleast one tip from each section.

We'd also love to hear your own tips on looking after your mental health Everyone deserves to feel safe and supported when talking about mental health. So if you'd like to talk about anything, remember you can contact: -TWT via email, fb or insta, or any of the committee members directly -student support -mind (https://www.mind.org.uk/about-us/contact-us/) -Brighton and Hove wellbeing service (https://www.brightonandhovewellbeing.org/) Happy World Mental Health Day
